Enjoy, dont rush from manang
Great trip. Weather was good with little cloud.
The two of us had a guide $20 a day from www.himalayanrangetreks.com.
Really useful, great knowledge of the people, culture and animals.
No problems with the walk or altitude. Came accross others with problems.
As a back up buy diamox and other altitude tablets in Kathmandu for about 200rubees.
Did not have to use them but better to have them.
Bought a local phone and ntel sim for 15 pounds. No phone coverage from Above Manang until you have crossed the pass. Make sure you get an internet weather forcast in Manang for the pass.
Hear it snowe after we crossed.
Have a good sleeping bag for high camp. Water froze and it was -9 cent.
