Upper Mustang Trek
With a guide and myself! Combining Annapurna circuit and Upper Mustang. You’re welcome to join both or Upper Mustang! I’m friendly and am happy to alter pace and timings to suit you. I prefer a fast and fit pace but can adapt!

Day 02: Drive to Besisahar(700m / 6 hrs drive) stay overnight at the tea house.
Day 03: Drive to Chame (2710m) by Jeep.
Day 04: Chame to Upper Pisang (3300m / 5 hrs walk)
Day 05: Upper to Manang (3500m / 6 hrs walk)
Day 06: Acclimatization day in Manang (3500m)
Day 07: Manang to Yak Kharka (4110m / 4 hrs walk)
Day 08: Yak Kharka to Thorung High Camp (49250m / 4-5 hrs walk)
Day 09: Thorong Phedi to Muktinath (3800m) viaThorong La Pass (5416m), 9 hrs walk
Day 10: Trek from Muktinath to Chhuksang (2920 m / 5 – 6 hrs)
Day 11: Trek from Chhuksang to Samar( 3290 m/ 5 – 6 hrs)
Day 12: Trek from Samar to Geling (3510 m / 5 – 6 hrs)
Day 13: Trek from Geling to Charang (3620 m) via Nyi La Pass (3973m/5 – 6 hrs)
Day 14: Trek from Charang to Lo-Manthang ( 3730 m / 4 – 5 hrs)
Day 15: Rest / Exploration day at Lo-Manthag
Day 16: Trek from Lo Manthang to Ghemi ( 3510 m / 5 -6 hrs)
Day 17: Trek from Ghemi to Samar
Day 18: Trek from Samar to Kagbeni to Jomsom ( 2710 m / 7-8 hrs walk )
Day 19: Jomsom to Pokhara by bus.(11 – 12 hours)

It sounds like we will have exactly the same day to enter Mustang from Kagbeni; according to your itinerary plan. So far, we haven’t found anyone to join or share permit. We are open to discuss this matter and make it fruitful for both of us. feel free to ask or discuss further. Hope to hear from you soon.

Hey Emily, I love the sound of your plan, was dreaming of seeing Lo Manthang but thought it would be difficult to do alone. And it kind of works perfectly as my current plan is to fly back on 4th Feb from Kathmandu. I am here in Nepal as we speak, so happy to do some organising of the trip beforehand.
