Three Passes Trek

We plan to arrive at Kathmandu 5th August 2016. We would like to start the trek from Kathmandu to Lukla (without the flight). We are aiming to complete the three passes trek. We are looking for a small group of like minded trekkers to join us. We want to keep the trek as cheap as possible. We are an easy going couple who enjoy hiking.

  2. Hi katie
Namaste greeting from subas Himalayan country of Nepal
Doing to EBC Gokyo Lake is very beautiful and also it’s known as strenuous part in Everest region. Crossing Cho-la Pass (5354m) and hike to Kalapatar(5545m) is quit challenging. So, if you are beginner then I suggest you to use organized trek that gives you more comfortable and safety. Sometime cheapest money does not mean you will make it happiness but also you have to consider safety issue that often happen for illness while you hike over 4000m. so, organize trek provide you quality service with top experience guide(with wilderness first aid kit) that you can hike with relax face that you may not get from simple guide or by individual trek. Organized trek they keep your update for your secure while you hike specially if something happen even for air ambulance service. If you visit this link (www.stepbystepadvt.com) you may got some useful information which they providing budget, standard and deluxe adventure services.
Keep update if you needed any further information.

  3. Hey Katie. I’m currently in Nepal now. I just finished the Annapurna Circuit and am heading to Annapurna Base Camp trek tomorrow. I’ll be heading to EBC with a friend after that but he doesn’t have the time for the three passes. I should be back in Lukla about the time you trek there. I have a ninety day visa and would love to join you on ur three pass trek if ur up for it and our time coincide. Feel free to pm me if ur interested in partnering up.
