Three Passes Trek
Hi, my name is Lin, 31 yrs old and from Belgium. I am looking for trekking companions to do the Three passes Trek mid- end April but the max is until 13 of may. (dates are flexible, I will be in Nepal for around 3 months in total).
I want to do the trip with a guide and porter and have already a company I want to go with (the company of a Nepalese friend I met when I was in Nepal 10 years ago)
The price for everything included is 2000 when I go alone and the price goes lower the more we are.
I do not want to go with a group of 10 people but 4 in total would be nice.

I am also open to do it without guide and porter, but then I would love to go with someone who had already a minimum of experience hiking at this heights (for me it is the first time. I do a lot of treks in the Alps, also in Canada and the US, but never been at this heights before)

Hi Lin, I will be traveling to Nepal on March 11th this year and am planning to first do the Annapurna Base Camp Trek with a few days rest before setting off on the Three Passes Trek to EBC. I think this would line up with the dates you are planning for Three Passes so let me know if you’d be interested in me joining you!
A little about me… I currently live in London and work for an NHS hospital in IT. I am a fairly experienced hiker and have spent a lot of time in the mountains, although my experience at high altitude is limited. I have done several hikes in Patagonia, Peru and Bolivia including reaching a 6020m summit!
I would be interested to hear more about the company that you are planning to go with. I think it’s a good idea to go with a guide who knows the route and can also arrange permits etc.
Are you planning to do Gokyo Rhi as part of the trek?

Sorry for my late answer. I was waiting for a friend to reply whether she would come with me or not. My plan changed a little bit and I would begin the 3 passes around 2O April. Does this date still suit you?
Hi Lin, I am also planning to do 3 passes EBC trek from 1st March to 22nd March. I am already in touch with a local guide. Let me know if you are interested in doing this trek over these dates!

Hi Lin, I’m Tina from the US. I was also looking into trekking in late march (starting 3/23-30) in Nepal. I’ve been on several treks, but mostly on the AT, southwest us, and canada. I also haven’t been trekking at this height before and would want to go with a porter and guide. Which company are you in contact with? I’m also speaking with a friend from nepal. Thanks!
