Tamang Heritage Trek

Hi I am Marina (27) and I will come 22oct first time to Kathmandu. I will stay 6 weeks in Nepal for an internship in an hospital near Kathmandu, as I have some days free before starting the internship I am very keen to do some trek. ( Second main reason why I come to Nepal :P).
I would like to do the moderate Tamang Heritage Trek, and take a bath in the hot spring water of Tatopani ! As I live in Austria I am used to do Trekking but it will be my first Trekking in Nepal. My budget is around 600 Euros for 7-9 days Trekking. Of course I am also ok to spend even less. I am sportive but I also like to take my time, so I would say my pace is moderate. I would like to trek in a small group of people. With or without guide we could decide together, but the trek I choose is makable also without guide. ( One of the reasons why I choose this trek but I would be open also for other plans in the Langtang area at the period from 23.10-3.11, also the Gosainkund Treks seem quite nice..)
