Short Poon Hill/Annapurna trek end of March

Hi

Currently planning a last minute first time trip to Nepal having had a desire to trek the Annapurna’s for a long time  so looking to make it happen!

I am on a fairly tight schedule due to being on work vacation, however have time for the Poon Hill Circuit which can be done in 4/5 days staying in teahouse+lodges.  I am looking to arrive in Kathmandu on 22nd March and spend a few days sight seeing before flying to Pokhara to begin the trek on the 25/26th March (flexible few days either side).  I have not trekked before but done mountain climbing and am generally quite sporty and believe Poon Hill to be a good challenge without requiring much experience or superman fitness!

If anyone fancies joining up with me and a guide/porter I would be interested in hearing from you, as I am most likely going to be solo for the trekking.  I have a few good recommendations from a friend for guides/agencies based in Kathmandu and have been quoted the standard $25 per day for a guide and $15 for porter (if needed) so can arrange this, they will also sort out TIMS/Conservation documents.

I am 26yrs old , Male and from the UK, working in finance.

Please email or leave a message if interested.
