Peru & Bolivia

My boyfriend and I are heading to Ecuador January 6th to climb Cotopaxi and the Illinizas, but he leaves January 22nd and I would love to continue to Peru and Bolivia to do the Cordillera Blanca, Cordillera Huayhuash, Apolobamba trek, and visit a few cities/surfing along the way.
