The Longest Glacier Biafo Hisper/Snow Lake 116 km
Overview
Biafo Hisper and Snow Lake trek is a world famous and hard trek which makes us cross the world largest glaciers after the polar region around 116 kilometers by joining Biafo Glacier 61 Kilometers on the Karakorum Range meet at 5151m at Hisper Top with the Hisper glacier 55 Kilometers. This is like a highway of ice which connects the two ancient valleys; Nagar in the west and Baltistan in the east. The famous snow lake is lying on 500 meters behind the pass. After crossing Hisper La, we reach on the other side of Hisper glacier which gives a beautiful panoramic view of Mountains around Hisper, glacier. Then, we cross lash green pastures and get in to Hisper village.
