PCT, BC, or AT

Hi folks,

I would like to hike for several weeks starting mid/late September. I am relatively a newbie. I’ve done camping and day hikes before, but I haven’t done something of such distance or grandeur.

I can be pretty flexible on the exact location and duration of the hike.
Pacific Crest Trail, British Columbia, or Appalachian Trail are options I’ve thought about. I know that hiking in the Fall is out of regular season, but I can’t start earlier.

I would love to form together a group of backpackers, some of whom would with hopefully a bit more experience than myself.
