Everest Base Camp Trek

New Years at EBC!

My trip is a bit last minute. Was fortunate to trek ABC last year and met a great bunch of people, now friends. This year I’m lucky enough to return to trek EBC. Would be great to meet people who are thinking of doing the same.

I arrive in KTM Dec 21.
My tentative plan is to arrive in Lukla the very next morning Dec 22 and start trekking.
If dates mean anything to you, this would probably mean:
Christmas Eve in Namche Bazaar
Christmas in Tengboche
NYE in Gorak Shep
New Years at EBC and then back down to sleep

Would be cool to celebrate NYE at base camp, but will play it by ear.

Have to be back in KTM by Jan 6 to head home.
