Mera Peak and Amphu Labtsa pass
Hi folks
I am 25 male from Bangladesh and planning to climb Mera peak (north) and cross the beautiful and isolated Amphu Labtsa in late March 2016. As this is an expedition, I need some partners to do so.
About me, I have previously trekked ABC, EBC, Langtang valley and going for my first 6000M peak in the Indian Himalayas in July.
I am already talking to some agencies for their service and this is the itinerary I have been working on.
Day 01: Fly to Lukla and trek to Chutanga (3430M)
Day 02: Acclimatization day at Chutanga
Day 03: Trek to Thuli Kharka (4320m/13200ft) via Zwatra la (4600 m/14720 ft): 5-6 hours
Day 04: Trek to Kothe (3600 m, /11808ft): 5-6 hours
through lush rhododendron forests on the west side of the Hinku Valley . . Overnight in Kothe.
Day 05: Kothe to Thaknak (4,350m/14,270ft): 3-4 hours
Overnight in Thaknak.
Day 06: Thaknak to Khare (5,045m/16,486ft): 2-3 hours
Overnight at Khare.
Day 07: Rest day in Khare/Acclimatisation:
Day 8: : Khare to Mera Base Camp (5300m/17,384ft): 3-4 hours
Day 9 : Mera Base Camp to High camp (5,780m/18,958ft): 4-5 hours
Day 10: Mera High Camp to Summit (6,461m/21,1907ft) and back to Khare (5045m/16,547ft): 8-9 hours
Day 11: Reserve Day for Contingency
Day 12: Kongma Dingma to Seto Pokhara via Honku Valley [5035m/16519ft]: 5-6 hrs
Day 13: Seto Pokhari to Amphu Lapcha Base Camp(South) [5650m/18536 ft]: 5-6 hrs
Day 14: Amphu Lapcha Base Camp(South) to Amphu Lapcha Base Camp(North) [5300m/17385 ft]: 6-7 hrs
Day 15: Amphu Lapcha Base Camp to Pangboche [3930m/12893 ft]: 5-6 hrs
Day 16: From this day, either you can head down towards Namche Bazar, or carry on upwards. My plan is that I will carry on towards Gorakshep. It will be long hours of walking, but doable, as we will be already acclimatised
Day 17: Sunrise at Kalapathar, and then visit EBC. Overnight at Gorakshep
Day 18: Gorakshep to Dingboche/Pheriche
Day 19: Dingboche/Pheriche to Namche Bazar
Day 20: Namche Bazar to Lukla
Day 21: Lukla to Kathmandu

Hello, I am planning to do a 23-25 day Mt Kanchenjunga trek around the end of March into April 2016. I currently do not have any for sure trekking partners, so I will message you about joining your trek later on this year if I still haven’t found trekking partners for mine.
We already have a group for same,
all that in 21 days, when most Western Guides recommend 30. That could be dangerous and put you at serious risk of AMS. Food for thought
