Manslu circuit

I am planning to trek Manslu circuit starting 1st of April 2017, +/- a day or two. I am quite familiar with trekking and altitude being from similar region. I have language and culture advantage. The rule specifies at least 2 people unfortunately I am solo at the moment. Therefore, I am looking for a companion to fulfill check in however, I would be very pleased to continue trekking together. I may take a porter cum guide if that helps locals. I am also thinking of continuing with Annapurna from Dharapani and perhaps a side trip to Tilicho lake if physically OK.

  1. Hi padam, I am also of thinking trekking the manaslu circuit around late March. If you still need someone to trek with let me know!

  2. Hi Jake that will be wonderful. I will be in KTM on 30 March and would be ready for leaving KTM for trek from possibly 2nd Apr. There should be at least 2 people to process the Manaslu permits and the cost for guide could be shared, perhaps even the permit fee?? Do let me know your consent? Regards Padam

  3. By the way, I am not going Tsum valley side, Instead I am continuing with Annapurna and Tilicho lake side trip.

  4. Hey Padam, I arrive in KTM 29 March and fly out of KTM April 18 at 20:00. Experienced trekker coming from working a season in Antarctica…would love to join you we can do the trek within my timeframe! ~Mike

    • Hi Mike, I am arriving in KTM at the 1st of April and want to start as soon as possible the Manaslu Circuit trek. Did you book already a guide? Maybe we can plan the trek together. Best Steffi

    • Hello Mike. That would be very good, I am reaching on 30.03 and have a return flight on 27.04, I would like to see around Pokhara at the end of the trek. It is possible to trek the western Nepal Himalayas within your time frame. I discussed with a travel agency and decided to process all permits upon my arrival there as my visa will only be stamped upon arrival at the airport on 30.03 ( landing around 1.00pm 30.03).

As of now I am single in this trek. I decided to take a guide and manage the permits somehow. It would be great to have your company. I am an experienced trekker but worn out so just steady and consistent on the trial.

We could discuss further in the FB (Padam B Chuwan) or padam.chuwan@gmail.com

Hi Steefi, does it work for you too?

      Best regards

      Padam
