Manaslu Circuit Trek for fit trekkers
Hi,
I am arriving in Kathmandu on Friday, April 7h (morning) and leaving on Saturday, April 22th (evening).
I plan to start as soon as possible (April 8th or 9th morning), to be back in Kathmandu on Friday 21th (evening).
So there are 13 or 14 days left (in fact 11/12 days for hiking).
Ideally I would do the Manaslu circuit trek.
As far as I have studied the itinerary, I would start in Sotti Khola and finish in Dharapani.
I would come back later for details but I very much like that proposition :
http://manaslucircuittrek.com/36 10/manaslu-trek-fresh-info/ (I cut the link to avoid ads)
The idea would be to stay 2 nights in Same Gaun and the 2 night in Samdo in order to have 2 acclimatation and/or exploration days (Manaslu Base Camp / Layjung pass ).
So as it is said, this would be for “fit trekkers” but these 2 days could also be “off” or “quiet”.
About me : 36, French, I spent a lot of time hiking in the Alps and in South America up to 6000 m.
So I am looking for both a guide and/or agency for logistics and one or several trekking partners to share the permit and the costs.
If someone is interested, please contact me as soon as possible, so that we could speak about details (itinerary, agency, guide, permits…).

Hi Charles, am still toying with dates but quite keen on Manaslu trek and definitely fall in the fit category. Do you have 3-4 spare days? I would be quite keen to include a 4-5 day side trip into the Tsum Valley, those would also help with acclimatization so we could shorten some of your suggested itinerary afterwards.
Will also be posting for a slightly later trip and Three Pass since my arrival date is still in flux
Sylvain
Hi Sylvain,
Unfortunatley, I cannot stay longer in Nepal, so it won’t be possible for me to change the dates or to explore Tsum Valley. So I will stick to the itinerary above.
