  2. Hey!! I’ve done the Annapurna trek (ten years ago haha) and am wanting to do this one too! I’m in Nepal now… are you still looking for people to join you? 🙂

  3. HI Sunyi,

I am looking to hike the Manaslu circuit trek around this time and keen to share the costs. I attempted this treck in April 2015 but the pass was impassable. I am looking to complete the Manaslu circuit and then continue to complete the Nar Phu valley and head back to Kathmandu after completing that section. I’m a pretty fit and fast walker.

I completed the Annapurna circuit and Poon Hill circuit about 15 years ago and the Everest three high passes solo about 5 years ago. I also have a lot of experience hiking Indian sections of the Himalayas.

My first experience trekking half the Manaslu circuit was great but there was considerable variability in the quality of lodgings. Choosing a good guide who lets their clients make decisions about where to bed up for the night is important. On one night we stayed above a stable full of donkeys. No sleep at all that night.

Are you still looking for a partner? Any interest in a side trip to Nar phu?
