Helambu Trek

Langtang and Helambu

Hello,

I’m looking for a partner to do Langtang Valley Trek and then cross Ganja La (~5120m) to Helambu and then back to Syabru Besi via Gosaikund Lakes.

Most of the nights we’d be able to find accommodation in teahouses, but crossing the pass would involve 2-3 days of camping. The pass itself has one tricky part at the very end, but it’s secured with chains and ladders.

I’ve been to Nepal twice. Did Three Passes (solo), Mustang, Annapurna Circuit. I’ve trekked in Peru (Huayhuash), Alps, Tatras, Pyrenees, Ethiopia and many other places. Have some mountaineering experience as well (e.g. Mount Blanc traverse in winter).

Anyone up for some adventure? 🙂

Ps.
Alternatively I’m thinking about way less adventurous Manaslu Circuit.
