Langtang and Helambu

Looking for a partner for a trek to Langtang + Gosainkund + Helambu. Flexible with dates. Hope to finalise by July or August. Want to to this at a leisurely place as I like to spend more time at places that are beautiful or have possibilities of side trips. On this trek it is also possible to climb 3-4 peaks that are 5000-5500 mts. and don’t need any equipment or permit. I would like to climb at least 2 if time permits.
I have done Annapurna Base Camp as well as Annapurna Circuit treks. Am fairly fit and can do high altitude treks. Have done numerous other treks in the Indian Himalaya as well. A partner with similar experience would be preferred so that we can accomplish this without hassles.
I was planning to do this solo but then figured that having a partner helps. Also, it is my impression that due to the pandemic it is mandatory to trek in a group. Can someone confirm this?

  1. Please share a rough itinerary

  2. Hi I am thinking about this for the autumn but it is longer than your trek and I don’t want to carry much weight so will want porters and climbing guide, there is also quite a few nights camping so food also has to be carried. Climbing is not technical however there are passages where fixed ropes are required Naya Kanga. looks challenging (40-50º snow) but quite double based on some YouTube videos I’ve seen. Langshisha Ri may be a bit too technical. Also the peak is right on the way to Ganga La (the second big pass) – very accessible

Currently Nepal requires you to quarantine in a hotel for a week on arrival but I have heard these rules will change quite soon or before the autumn trekking season starts for fully vaccinated trekkers.
The cost will be more than €400 for this trek.
This will be my 7th trek in Nepal. I have very good contacts there.
