Langtang and Helambu

I want to walk the langtang from syabrubesi to tsergo ri and back to gosaikunda lake.
Love to do meditation, and interesting chat!
Open to suggestions. Would like 14 days or so.
Experience in high mountains in Mexico but first time in Nepal.

Hi Sergio.

I am interested to join the first part, at least until Kyanjin Gompa, but I don’t think I have time to do the other part this time unfortunately. Would you welcome company for the first part? It would be my second time doing the Langtang Valley trek.
