Kanchenjunga Base Camp Trek
I am looking for partners to trek with in April. I have done EBC, ABC, Langtang etc. This time planning to go up to Kanchenjunga. This being a path less traveled by, it gets lonely trekking all alone. So if you are interested, pls drop a line. We can return via the second base camp route or add an extra destination as well.
My dates are flexible depending on suitable partners. I am 42 year old, vegan, quiet and easy to get along. I usually hire a porter.
My attitude towards the Himalaya and journeys like this can be summarized with these words from The Snow Leopard:
“I grow into these mountains like a moss. I am bewitched. The blinding snow peaks… the sound of earth and heaven in the silence… In another life – this isn’t what I know, but how I feel – these mountains were my home; there is a rising of forgotten knowledge, like a spring from hidden aquifers under the earth.”
So going to these mountains is more than just a trek for me, it’s more like an adventure pilgrimage. And I am looking for like minded partners to share the journey.

Hi, In case you defer to late Autumn then I may be interested to do the same. This trek has been in my list since long, delayed due to covid. I am expecting favorable circumstances by Autumn to exit the country. Keep in touch if concurrent. Regards Padam B Chuwan, Bhutan.
