Everest Base
Hi there!
I’ll be trekking to Everest Base Camp and Kalapatthar on October 26. I already booked a tour package but it would be better to lower the cost since I’m on a budget. The package cost would go down to $1142 per person (all food and accommodation during the trek included) if there is another one who would join me. My pace is slow-moderate since this will be the first time I am going on a high-altitude trek.

Hi Ann,
I was hoping to do EBC around those dates and still deciding to go on a tour or do independently . Who have you booked your tour with? Is the 26th departing from Katmandu or Lukla?

Will be departing Kathmandu on the 26th. Booked this tour with Green Valley Nepal Treks, found them on Tripadvisor.

Hi Kabayan, I will be in Nepal on 22 October… still deciding whether ill do the EBC considering the cost… or ABC which is way cheaper as I anyone can do it independently. this is my 2nd trip to Nepal but first in trekking.. message me…

Just let me know once you’ve decided to take on EBC. I booked the EBC-Kalapathar trek with Green Valley Nepal Treks. Flight to Lukla will be on Oct 26.

My confirmed flight to KTM is November 1… might commence the trek by November 3 (KTM-Lukla-Monjo)… if you start the trek on 28th OCtober, We might just meet on your way back while im just starting to ascent… add me in fb so we can meet along the way. 🙂
