Everest Base Camp Trek in Nov 2013

I am an hotelier by profession and adventure seeker by nature. I love to travel and make new friends on the way. I am looking for partners to travel with me to the EBC in Nov. My dates are fixed. I have heard that EBC trek can be done without any guide and is much cheaper. We can share the cost.

  1. Hey there. I am planning on trekking EBC sometime in November. I plan to spend Divali in Varanasi and then travel to Nepal from there. Ive never been to Nepal before but am used to mountains in UK (3 peaks etc).

I also would like to keep costs to a minimum.

  2. Keithmoon, looks like we have the same itinerary. I’ll be in varanasi from nov 8-12 then starting my trek on the 14th.

    • If you are interested in splitting cost of a guide/porter my email is keithmoon66@hotmail.com

I don’t know whether I will go to Kathmandu after Divali to organise the porter or head straight to Jiri.
