Everest Base Camp and Gokyo Lakes Trek

Hello Adventure lover fellows !!

I am Kevin Walker 30 years old German guy from Singapore. I have done some treks in Nepal and I am physical fit for moderate level of trekking. Since Pandemic I am looking for trek to Everest base camp, but there are so many difficulty rules for travel. Finally bit easier to travel but still some difficult circumstances, but not bad as during pandemic. No matter what, don’t want to waste my time anymore so decided to travel end October and beginning November of this year.

My date is flexible I haven’t booked my flight yet and am still looking for some fellows to join with me to explore the beautiful scenarios of Mountains. Anyone can join with me if you have similar program and willing to share the basic cost for the trip.

So far I haven’t booked guide and agency in Nepal for the trek, hope I can manage to find my pervious knowledgeable guide, who guided me Langtang valley trek and Annapurna base camp trek but am not going with previous agency.

Here is my plan program.

Day 01 / 02 – Prepare for the trip.
Day 03 – Fly to Lukla, Trek to Pekding.
Day 04 – Trek to Namche
Day 05 – Acclimatization and hike around Nemche.
Day 06 – Trek to Tanboche monastry.
Day 07 – Trek to Dingboche.
Day 08 – Acclimatization and hike around Dingboce valley.
Day 09 – Trek to Lobuce.
Day 10 – Trek to Gorsep and hike up to Kalapatthar view for sunset return to teahouse.
Day 11 – Hike to EBC and back to Gorsep.
Day 12 – Trek to Zongla.
Day 13 – Trek to Drangna via chola pass (5,420 m).
Day 14 – Trek to Gokyo valley
Day 15 – Hike up to Gokyo-Ri view point for sunrise, return to tehouse.
Day 16 – Trek to Luden
Day 17 – Trek to Namche.
Day 18 – Trek down to Phekding.
Day 19 – Trek back to Lukla.
Day 20 – Flight back to Kathamandu.

If anyone willing to join with me do not hesitate to DM.

Cheers
Walker

  1. Hello Kevin, i also planning for a EBC trek with kala patthar, gokyo lake and cho la pass. In the months of October or November. As i have never trekked to that altitude, i wanted to start my journey from jiri. Please let me know if you would be interested. We can mutually discuss and decide about the itinerary. As it is once in a life trek wanted to cover as much as possible.
    Looking to hear from you…
