Everest Base Camp and Gokyo Lakes Trek
My name is Riley, I’m 23 years old and from Australia. I’m flying into Kathmandu on the 15th of April and planning to take a bus to Jiri on the 17th. From there I am planning to walk hopefully via Pike Peak on to Lukla where I will join the standard EBC/Cho La/Gokyo Lakes route. I’m planning to go from east to west over the pass but I’m quite flexible. I need to be back in Kathmandu by the 13th of May so I will fly out of Lukla. I have trekking experience in Australia, Indonesia and the US although none in high altitudes.
