Annapurna Region
Hi dear fellow trekkers,
I am currently enjoying an internship in Patan, Nepal, after which I would love to do some trekking in the Annapurna region: either Annapurna Circuit Trek or Annapurna Base Camp trek. My internship will end on 31st of July and as of 1st of August I am up to start trekking!
I plan on doing a trek of about 14-18 days, but mostly looking for some good company to enjoy this adventure with! Need to be back in Pokhara on August 20th latest.
As said, I have nothing really planned yet and therefore open to suggestions! Feel free to shoot me a message! 🙂

Hi i saw your message to me in the other post. Our dates are very similar and I’m interested in trekking together as well! I haven’t planned anything either. I think the earliest I could start the trek is August 5.
Sounds sweet! Eventhough August 5th is my birthday, this sounds as a good starting date for a 14 day trek for me! I’ll be in Kathmandu untill August 1 and will then head for Pokhara to meet some friends and do some exploring there, so I guess we have a deal to start trekking together on August 5th and could meet you in Pokhara 🙂
As for our further planning, we might do that via e-mail?

Hello guys! I’ll be in KTM on the 3rd of august and I’m also planning on starting my trek to Annapurna circuit on the 5th,let me know if you want to wing it (& if possible to share a guide if you want).
Hey guys! A quick reply from my side. Unfortunately I have limited Wi-Fi, so can’t elaborate on things too much.
Our plan so far:
I have met up with Jorinde in Kathmandu and we decided to change the departure date to the 3rd of August. This leaves us a little more time after the trek, which might be necessary if we need to need an extra day to acclimatize or want to do a daytrip to e.g. an ice lake.
People who are voluntarily willing to walk along with two Dutchies and are able to start on the 3rd of August: we would like to meet up before the trek in Pokhara and see whether we’d both be cool trekking with each other. Jorinde currently resides in Pokhara, I will travel to Pokhara this weekend.
Might see some of you guys there!
