Annapurna Circuit / Upper Mustang

I arrive in Kathmandu March 23 and hope to start the Annapurna Circuit trek shortly after. I am arriving alone and intend to avoid excess fees / porters if possible. I would also like to make it into the Upper Mustang region to visit some of the more remote villages and hikes. I would love to find like minded folk who care about the planet and cultural exploration for this journey! I also enjoy practicing yoga daily and generally being a conscious of my surroundings.
