Annapurna Circuit Trek

Annapurna Circuit Trek – loop Tilicho Lake included Thorong La pass and Mesokanto La Pass or only one pass

Hi,
My plan is to take transport from KTM to Besisahar, then to Chame or Manang and then start to walk to Tilicho lake.
Looking for trekkers to do it together.
