Annapurna Circuit Trek – October 2018
Hi folks!
I am going to Nepal from Sept 28th to Oct 28, already bought airfare. Plan to go Annapurna Circuit trek but everything is changeable (Everest Base Camp or other Everest treks are possible too).
I’m not hiring guides or porters, aim to go unhurriedly and looking for nice positive people to share the joy of this journey with. I have some Nepal trekking experience (did AC in 2011).
About me: I’m a 42 y.o. Russian, work in IT industry.

I am planning to do ACT+ABC+MBC with side trips to Tilicho Lake,Gangapurna Lake , Ice Lake and acclimatization days at Manang and at High Camp , a stay at Marpha after Muktinath (heard good things about Marpha) … I do not have any time pressures so want to do it at a pace where I can enjoy the trek without rushing to complete it , I think it may take me 22-24 days or so to complete this trek… I haven’t booked tickets yet but shall do later in the week … I have done a few himalayan treks in India but this is a first in Nepal … I am still unsure whether to go independently or hire a porter/guide who can offer me the flexibility I am seeking ….
Have u finalized on your plans ? Are u taking a porter/guide ? Did u find a partner/partners to trek ? Let me know
