Annapurna Circuit Trek

Hi, my name is Priscilla, I am from Australia.

I really enjoy hiking, hence the trip! I am looking to fly into Katmandu on the 8th of November and commencing the AC on around the 12/11 apx. I am looking to do things as cheap as possible, but may want to enjoy some comforts along the way too, teahouses will probably be the go for accomodation I was thinking, overall budget flexible.

I am looking for trekking buddies who are flexible, open minded, and easy going. It might be nice to do some side trips along the way, lap up the hot springs and enjoy the village life, I am in no real rush.

I have a reasonable level of fitness at the moment, but I plan to amp this in the next 3 months.

Looking forward to beginning the trip of a lifetime!!

I’m flying into Kathamandu on the 7th and making my way up to start the trek around the 10th, my dates are very flexible and i plan to take my time on the trek so too acclimatise well and have a better chance of completion. I have good experience on multiday treks, this will be my first at altitude and wasn’t planning on hiring a porter/guide.
Feel free to msg me if you think this suits you ☺

  3. Sounds really good to me 😀
I have some hiking experience, but never on this height. On previous hikes I experienced it can be a lot of fun to join with a group.
Im really looking for the Hakuna Matata vibe, but also for the crazy adventure minded

  5. Hi all!
I arrive to Kathmandu on 9th November in the evening – and want to start the AC during the weekend (10th or 11th November). I’m now figuring out what the right plan re. the permits is.

I’m an active person – and best/biggest trekking experience so far has been Camino Santiago which I did last year.

Would be great to connect with those of you starting around the same date!

    Looking forward,
    Martin

I can be in Kathmandu on the 8th or in bensisahar on the 10th/11th/12th
    Happy to hear from you

  7. Sounds really good
I’ll be in Kathmandu, I have the same plan to trek so if you really interested leave a message so we can see

  8. Hey Priscilla. Our dates and views on the trek seem to be pretty similar. 38 year old Aussie travelling in between ski seasons. Fit but in no rush to smash it out. Definitely interested in some side treks etc. A keen novice at this sort of trekking.

  9. Hi all!
I’m arriving to Kathmandu on Friday (9th November) in the evening, will someone be around to meet up for a coffee/beer, to discuss itineraries as well – and perhaps some of us will want to combine the plans too?

  10. Hey Priscilla, it sounds really good! I arrived in Kathmandu last night. When I was just having a coffee and wanted to make plans, I found out this website, which is great!

I would love to join for a good hike. I did a part of the markha valley track in Leh (India) two months ago. Since I felt in love with the beautifull scenery and the feeling of freedom in the mountains, I can’t want to go hiking again.

My dates are flexible. Would be great to connect!

  11. Hello, i am 23 years old from US. I have already done the first day from Besisahar to bhulbhule. On my way I experienced some trouble walking alone so I now eager to walk with a partner or two. If you are soon to arrive in Bhulbhule let me know! From your description we have a similar idea for what we want out of the trek 🙂 I am also on a budget and I am also flexible on time for visiting hot springs and such.
