Annapurna Circuit Trek

Hi there

I´m Jessica from Costa Rica, I´m geologist pasionate for the nature, mountains, and rocks!. I love outdoors activities, hiking, rock climbing, running; however i never did a long trek like this. I´m looking for a partner(s) to do the Annapurna Circuit Trek, to share the way, two or three could be better than one.

I´ll arrive to Kathmandu on November 25 to stay one night, get the permissions and more, i hope go out to Besishar Nov 26. I travel for a couple of weeks so I´m not have a tight schedule. I want to begin the trekking in Bhulbhule and finish and Jomsom, then move to Gorepani and maybe do the hike to Poon Hill to see the sunset or sunrise, i can modify the plans in the way if someone have other exciting ideas.

The theme of a guide we can talk about it, bring a guide or not is the same for me, i´m flexible.

Let me know if someone is interested, to do the whole trek or a part of it.

Cheers,

Jeka

  1. Hi Jeka.
I’m also trekking the circuit, perhaps you’d like to join up? I’m planning to continue walking down the hill after Jomsom but that’s only a small thing. It would be great to get a group of people together.
    Reg 🙂

    • Wonderful!!, maybe we are three with Amy, contact me by email: jecarias@gmail.com

      Cheers, Jeka

  2. Hi, Jessica!
I’m Amy from Bulgaria. Coming in Kathmandu at 23rd of Novemeber. Feel the same way about guides. I enjoy outdoors, but never did such a long trek. For a long one like this I prefer to have a company for many reasons. Safety one of them. Message me if you think we can do this one together. I have time as well – leaving Nepal mid January.

  3. Hey Jessica,
I’ll be arriving in Kathmandu around 24/25th of November, although I still need to organise both permits (which I have no clue about) and some additional gear. Would you possibly be keen to meet up at some stage prior to the trek?

    Thanks!

    • Hey, could you please add me to the WhatsApp group if you created one?

  4. Hi Lucas and everyone, I arrive 25 Nov at afternoon, my plans is start the same day and maybe the next, to buy the things and the permits; Sure We can meet up first in Thamel, talk about it and arrange all together. I´ve read about how and where to get the permission. Another theme is the guide, if Amy is in she suggests rent a guide, i think no problem divide the cost of a guide beetwen 3, is convenient talk and coordinate first.

Another man Reg, he will be in Nepal but he has to resolve some things previosuly and he will confirm later if he join us. He knows a guide.

Well, i just say that i´m happy to know that it sounds that we are creating a crew!

    Cheers

    Jeka

  8. Hi Jeka and the rest of the group!
I will be happy to do the trekking with all of you!
I am arriving at Katmandhu 16th November but I will try to do other things before you all arrive and then it will be nice to do the trekking together. I have contacted to one person who works as guide. I think that if we shared the expenses between all of us,it could not be very expensive and at the same time we could save money in the accommodation. Let me know what you guys think about this.
    Cheers to everyone
