  1. Hi, Im looking for trek partner….was thinking langtang as my time is limited and everest is maybe too cold…..im at the international guest house room 201…or mikeinindia@yahoo.com……im 53 yrs old and been here trekking before…

  2. Hi Mike,

I am already in Pokhara and have my heart set on the Annapurna region. How many days do you have? The Annapurna Circuit can be done in about a week by getting a jeep and commencing the trek at Chame walking to either Muktinath (7 days) or Jomsom (8 days) then bus back to Pokhara on the 9th day.

  3. I just read we need some rest days for acclimatisation also. Recommended is to take about 9-10 days from Chame to Jomsom

  4. I was considering this too…from Kathmandu I can get to a start point maybe besisasar…there is a big road construction project ongoing don’t know how bad it is …ideally Id like to trek for a bit longer my return flight is 28 Dec…so about 15 days

  5. Hi Anicho

I am going to Pokhara tomorrow from Ktm and planning to do the ABC, without a hurry 9/10 days. The circuit is a bit too much of a risk for me since my flight from ktm is on the 21st of december. I think I’m gonna stay at Pushpa Guest House, if you’re up for the Abc let me know! I’m a 24 year old male from The Netherlands and easy to go along with.
    Gr René

  6. Hi, I’m in Pokhara now and would like to do a trek for 7-10 days in the Annapurna region, leaving Dec. 11 or 12. If anyone is planning something similar, message me.
