Annapurna Base Camp Trek
Hello crunchy, earth muffiny humans,
I am planning on hiking the Annapurna Base Camp Trek Via Poon Hill in 9 days. An overview of my current plan is:
March 25 Fly to Kathmandu
March 26 Bus to Pokhara
March 27-April 4 Hike ABC via Poon Hill
April 5 Bus back to Pokhara
April 6 catch flight home!
Last October I hiked Mardi Himal (with a guide) and Gosainkunda (without a guide). I’m open to either option but I do really prefer hiking with a guide and contributing to the local economy. The budget will really be up to you/how much you eat and drink at tea houses so if you want to ball on a budget I support your endeavors, but I for one will be drinking copious amounts of tea.

Hi Kate!
Are you still planning to go trekking? I already have a permit for the annapurna region and still looking for a partner. Im not sure if it is still possible to go but my plan was go and see if it is still possible to hike.
