Annapurna Base Camp Trek

Hi!! My names Peter. I’m from Australia and I’m 57 years old.

I’ve just completed the Mardi Himal trek to 4000 mtrs with a group put together on trekking partners. We were diverse in origin and age but came together with a common goal.

I’m now hoping for similar luck in finding 1 to 3 like minded people to share the Annapurna base camp experience. I’m no racehorse!! In fact the higher it gets the slower I go. So I’m hoping to complete the trek in a leisurely 10 to 11 days beginning on the 25th or 26th of April and back in Pokhara by the 6 or 7th of May.

I’m happy to carry my own pack but equally amenable to the idea of sharing a porter. A guide won’t be required.

I imagine getting on the trail at Phedi and given the number of tea houses along this route just making everything else up as we go along. Short and long days with ample acclimatisation around the 3000 mark will give plenty of opportunity for photos and just soaking in the amazing splendour of the Himalayas.
If that’s something you’d like from your Nepalese adventure rather than just ticking boxes get in touch.
Cheers a
