Annapurna Base Camp Trek

Hi my name is Aranka, I’m 23 years old and I’m from the Netherlands. I’m currently doing my medical internship in Pokhara and planning the Annapurna Base camp trek when I’m done with placement on the 17th of November. I’m not really flexible about the date since my flight back will leave on November the 29th from Kathmandu. I have some experience with day hikes in the Alps but have never done a multiple day trekking like this. I would love to find a trekking partner to share this experience with!

    Hello everyone 🙂

    My name is Martina, I’m 27 years old and I’m from Switzerland. I will be traveling to Nepal to do the Annapurna Base Camp trek and I would also like to do some Yoga.

    I will be in Nepal from November 10th/11th until November 29th. Ideally, I would like to do the ABC-Trek at the beginning of my three weeks in Nepal, so starting around November 12th/13th, however, if I find someone suitable who wants to start later, I am quite open to that as well. Even though I want to keep the expenses as low as possible, I would probably want to go with a local guide and a porter.

    Here are a few more “facts” about me:-)
    – I live in Switzerland, I was born in the USA and my parents are from the Czech Republic
    – I finished my law degree this July and since then I have been working at a sports marketing company. After I come back from Nepal I will start a one-year internship at a law-firm.
    – I am very active and love being outdoors (I enjoy all sorts of sports, but on a regular basis I run, go to Spinning classes, do Yoga and go hiking)
    – I am very open and love meeting new people from all over the world
