Annapurna Base Camp Trek

Hi! I’m planning to trek to Annapurna base camp on a time limit.
I’m not the fastest or most experienced hiker but I do like to keep a steady pace. I’d like to walk with other open-minded young(ish) people who want to walk in a way that minimises environmental impact and supports local communities.
Ideally I’d like to leave on the 28th of November and walk for 8 days. At this stage I’m planning on just hiring a porter out of Pokhara, but I’d be open to trekking with a guided group if the cost isn’t too high!

  1. Hi Pola, are you firm on the dates? Or can move your trip earlier to Nov 14-24?

  2. Hi Pola, I will be arriving in Pokhara on the 28th and was planning on going on the Annapurna Base Camp trek in the exact same way. I’d love to join you, but I’d prefer if it could be on the 30th or so instead so I have at least a day to prepare once I’m in Pokhara.

    • Hamilton, I’m coming from the north but hope to do the ABC trek from Ghorepani…I should arrive there on Dec 3. If it works for you time-wise we may be able to join up!!

  3. Hi guys, I am in Pokhara now (Monday 26th) and am looking to find some trekking buddies to do ABC with, leaving on Wednesday 28th. But I am a bit flexible – I just have to be back in Pokhara Friday 7th because I have a flight out of Kathmandu Sunday morning. Are you still looking to do a trek around these dates? Would be great to meet up if so!
