This Khopra trek is wilderness route and only very few people know about it. This is newly introduced trekking area, which is another highlight among the trekking routes in Annapurna. This is one of off beaten trek in Annapurna which is an ideal place for those trekkers who are looking for some days out of the main track to off quiet route. From Pokhara our walk begins in the lower, more temperate region of forested hillsides to Sub-alpine types of vegetation and Gurung and Magar people. We will get warm hospitality of Gurung and Megar community with pristine culture rural life.

When we reach Kopra Ridge our campsite is right below the Annapurna I. From here we walk up to the sacred lake above Kair, a marvelous alpine experience. The trek back to Pokhara takes us via Ghorepani, Poon Hill for one of the most famous panoramas in the Annapurna range.
The best time for this Khapra Trekking is September to December and March to May.

Day 02: Drive to Kade and trek to Tolkha (1700m) 6 hours
Day 03: Trek from Tolkha to Ghanruk (1940m) 6 hours
Day 04: Trek from Ghanruk to Tanadani (2630m) 5 hours
Day 05: Trek from Tadapani to Dobato (3350m), 6 hours
Day 06: Trek from Dobato to Chistibung (3000m), 5 hours
Day 07: Trek from Chistibung to Khopra Danda (4020m), 5 hours Day 10: Trek from Khopra Danda to Khayar Base Camp (4620m), 6 hours
Day 08: Hike from Khayar Base Camp to visit Khayar Lake (4827m), 3 hours
Day 09: Trek from Khayar Base Camp – Khopra Danda (4020m), 5 hours
Day 10: Trek from Khopra Danda to Swata (2270m), 5 hours
Day 11: Trek from Swata to Ghorepani (2855m), 4 hours
Day 12: Trek from Ghorepani to Hile (1460m), 6 hours
Day 13: Trek from Birethanti to Nayapul (1070m) and drive to Pokhara overnight at Pokhara
