Porter-cum-Trekking Guide, Hari was born in the year 2045 B.S in Gorkha district of Nepal. He starts on his career in this travel agency by working as porter and learning to be a trekking guide. He is very knowledgeable and well known about the many trekking route in Nepal with local people, local cultural, local people tradition, Vegetation- flora and fauna and local people lifestyle. He desire to visit new places, interact with local people, has got plenty of information regarding the region and culture of local people.
Overview
Journey to the Annapurna begins from Pokhara, a scenic spot. This trek combines spectacular mountain scenery with incredible and cultural diversity and traverses through rural farms and villages. The trail leads towards the dense forest of rhododendrons and magnolia passing through rain forest and gorge between the massive green hill
From the top of Ghorepani and Poon Hill you will have great views of snow peaks Annapurna (26,545ft/8,091m), Annapurna south (23,693ft-7,219m), Gangapurna (24,457ft.-7,455m) and Annapurna Dhaulagiri massif mountain range and see as far towards east to Mt. Manaslu.
Our return journey, descend through the lush terraced Modi Khola valley and finally concluding the adventure at Pokhara, a popular destination with its famed Phewa Lake, dominated by the towering mountain range of Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Manaslu range including the majestic peak Machapuchere (Fish-Tail).
Outline Itinerary:
Day 01: On Arrival at Kathmandu meet our staff and transfer to Hotel.
Day 02: At leisure in Kathmandu with ½ day guided sight seeing tour.
Day 03: Drive to Pokhara 860m. 200 k.m. 5-6 hrs journey.
Day 04: Drive to Nayapul from Pokhara and begin trek to Tikhedhunga 1,500m. Approx: 4hrs walks with 2 hrs drive.
Day 05: Trek to Ghorepani 2,874m approx: 5-6 hours walk.
Day 06: Hike to Pun Hill and continue trek to Tadapani 2,721m.
Approx 5-6 hours walk.
Day 07: Trek to Landrung 1,430m via Ghandrung 1,750m. 5-6 hrs.
Day 08: Trek to Dhampus village 1,530m via Pothana 2150m. 5hrs.
Day 09: Trek & drive to Pokhara. Approx 3 hrs walk and 1/2 hours drive.
Day 10: Drive or fly back to Kathmandu and transfer to Hotel.
Day 11: In Kathmandu at leisure.
Day 12: International Departure towards respective destinations.
