4 weeks of bliss

This was my first trek – and of course it had to be one of the most remote places and during off-season – and by myself. In all my dealings with Trek Nepal and also the first meeting with the guide and 2 porters, it was very professional.

The initial trek to Kanchangjunga base camp was fantastic; almost life changing. The guide and I instantly built a great rapport. I completely trusted him, his experience and knowledge. We got to the base camp 5 days early and I invited the guide to take me around Pokhara and trek to Ghorepani – again, in dealing with the permit requirements, hotel accommodation, restaurant suggestions, and wanting to really experience “local Nepal” – off the beaten track – I couldn’t fault the guide.

I highly recommend Pramod and will probably do my next trek in Nepal with him too!

Annapurna Curcuit, November 2014

Professional, knowledgeable, and flexible. Pramod was a fantastic guide for me during my solo trek on the Annapurna Circuit in November 2014. We were faced with very difficult logistics (there was a national election which resulted in mass road closures) and he went above and beyond to ensure that the trek happened as scheduled. It was a solo trek and so I learned a lot about the landscapes and the culture from spending time with Pramod. His English is good. He is eager to learn about his clients. He was patient and made sure that I was looked out for. Safety was a strong emphasis.

I highly recommend Pramod for your treks. He does treks, climbs, and tours all over the country (and beyond!).

My partner and I are planning to arrive in Kathmandu around 25th September and would be leaving around 4th October. We would like to hike in the Annapurna region, either Poon Hill or Base Camp. Could you please provide me with price details and itineraries for those treks? Thanks!
