Upper Mustang in November, will it be safe?

I have been planning to go on a 10 day trek to Upper Mustang from 1 st of November. My trek mates have just cancelled due to latest events in the region. Sitting in Budapest in front of my computer i have not been able to gather enough information wether i should modify my dates or simple go ahead as the cyclone has passed and its aftermath in the region would not be felt when I would be there. Could anyone give some advice how i could make an intelligent decision.

It would be fine as the cyclone has passed and the weather should be back to normal by now – treks will start in that area within a few days
