Makalu – Everest traverse

I am planning for a Makalu – Everest traverse trek later this year, through the Ice Cols (East/West Col, Sherpani Col, Amphu Labtsa).
Has anyone done this trek? Is TIMS enough for the cols?
And would the trail be accessible mid November – mid December?
