How much cash needed on the hike?

I wonder how much cash I should bring for the 3 passes Everest base camp trek.
We are planning to start from Lukla 4th of March 2 persons no guide and need to know cost for overnight spend plus all meals plus any buffer so that we will not run out of money at the end (but also not carry unnecessary cash).
Any advice on that would be helpful.
