Guide/Porter for Thorung La in December 2017

Hi all,
I was wondering if it is possible to hire a porter for a small section of the Annapurna circuit? Namely (going anti-clockwise) from Manang and over Thorung La to Mukinath.
I mainly want to walk independently but might be worthwhile get some experience for this potentially tricky section.
Any advice is warmly appreciated!

Hello Johan it is good to know that you are planing to go Annapurna Circuit trek over Thorongla pass 5416m in December
from Manang site to Muktinath. I am being Professional and (Senior) Trekking Guide, I most Have to tell you that it’s too cold time /season in this month of the year. and porter can be hire there but it’s tooo expensive the cost may not less than 100 US Dollar for one day on the pass so better take one good porter along with you that makes you more comfort and enjoyable trip
