How to avoid the GCAP fee: Jiri direction Shivalaya. Turn off at Mali to Doban. There the (suspension?) Bridge over Khimto Khola (which is a bridge rather than Shivilaya) and with a wide arc south of Shivalaya to Deurali (via Bigu).
