EBC/Three Pass Trek Sept/Oct

Hi looking for a good porter/ guide or guide and porter for ebc/ three pass trek starting from Lulka on 15 Sept ending probably 3 Oct again in Lukla.
Im travelling with my two teenage kids, daughter 15 and son 14 and we have started training.
You need be friendly, happy, knowledgeable, flexable and supportive of the kids.
Happy to try tea houses you recommend, but we have final say. Expect you to stay with us most times, although possibly happy to do acclimatisation side trips alone.
