Hello,

We are 2 Canadian girls planning on hiking the Cordillera Huayhuash circuit at the end of July this year. We will have 10 days for the actual trek. We would like to do this as cost effective as possible. Is it safe to do on our own, or should we seriously consider a guide? We don’t speak spanish but we have extensive backpacking experience and are very physically fit.
