i’m planning to do the annapurna circuit in mid september independently.
my concerns are as follows –
1) weather. is it going to be raining in mid september?
2) will the NATT really help me keep off the roads?
3) is there a latest update on the proposed ‘no trekking without a porter/guide rule’?
