Annapurna basecamp in five days?

I am planning a trip to ABC with my boyfrind from the 19th of October. The plan for the hike goes like this:

day 1) Bus/jeep from Pokhara to Siwai. Hike to Chomrong and stay there one night
day 2) From Chomrong to Himalaya hotel.
day 3) From Himalaya hotel, then spend the night at MBC.
day 4) To the ABC, maybe stay one day at MBC or start descending.
Day 4 or 5) Descend to Chomrong(this will be a long day with hiking), and also see the Jhindu hot springs. Ending in Siwai and returning to Pokhara.

Do you think this trip is possible? However, our good shape will not protect us from altitude sickness, which I think can be a problem after arriving in MBC. Any thought on this?

And what would a guide cost?
